This board is about discussions, which invariably will include differences of opinions but no need to talk down to fellow Palace fans, whatever your experiences are

A while back I read an article about salaries and compensation for Managers outside of the PL. The gist of the article was that most non PL clubs can sack managers fairly easily as the salaries aren't great and they have built in compensation clause which is normally 3-6 month salary. There will be exceptions to this of course but generally the clubs hold the upper hand and for many managers this is the start of their career. So I do wonder when you hear that a Championship club is demanding x millions compensation from a PL club whether that is a bluff or just media hype. The PL is a whole different matter and the top managers are the ones who hold the whip hand.

Go to mediation then arbitration. "So you think I haven’t worked with top level Barristers?" In what capacity, could be as a defendant. Should be a lower case b . Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
