I suspect that someone has it in for him, and he is so easy to blame.

Being health secretary doesn’t mean make him James Bond, but it does help him Rodger Moore.

So it seems.

I see him more as a Johnny English.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Genuine question to any of you lot that voted for them. Do you care if any of them have any morals whatsoever?

Because Labour politicians are squeaky clean.

Do behave.

That wasn’t a question about Labour. I take it that’s a no, then.

By the way, don’t watch the video.

I can’t unsee the video and the more it replays in my head the more I think Matov is right. It’s so devoid of any actual passion or lust it can’t be genuine.

A fair question.

Given how Brexit has effectively dominated British politics for the last 5 years, then individual morality has not been a factor in terms of how I have voted, with it being done solely on Brexit only.

Personally, I loathe Johnson on a variety of levels with his own less than wholesome moral compass a huge part of that. But I voted for him, and his Government, purely over fears of my vote in June 2016 being tossed aside as irrelevant.

Not sure we can totally allow questions of morality to define how we vote but it certainly should be a factor but for personally Brexit over-rode all of that.

But with regards to Hancock, given the restrictions placed on the rest of the population and how others have been treated for similar behaviour over the course of this Covid Crisis then his position is untenable. That, rather than any moral judgements about this alleged affair, is the factor here.

Would be very surprised if he is still in office by Wednesday.

Wish everyone was as honest as you Matov.

Would be surprised too but genuinely will be annoyed if this is the thing that forces him out rather than 18 months of utter ineptitude.

Didn’t vote last time out. Couldn’t bring myself to vote for Boris yet also couldn’t bring myself to vote for Labour who would wreck the economy.

Would be nice to have a serious alternative.

Painful wasn’t/isn’t it? I didn’t vote for either last time out.
