we may get a surprise contender in the mix, such as Wolves.
Soton will be near also.
newcastle & norwich look a good bet for bottom 2.

Norwich! For decades our futures seemed fused. Practically the same attendances both up and down the divisions frequent draws etc. We seem to have risen whereas they are still there.

A benchmark of progress under CPFC 2010?

I'll be interested to watch Brentford's progress over the next few games. Will they be able to carry the momentum on from that first game against Arsenal?

Wolves are crap, Watford are crap and Norwich...less said the better. Burnley will kick their way to safety, Newcastle will do just enough, Southampton will do one of their mid-season runs and we're not in the picture. So:
Wolves
Watford
Norwich

Ranieri has got one heck of a job on his hands with that bunch of players at Watford.

No passion, no desire, no effort…

I wonder what the odds are on him being the next prem mgr fired. I reckon it would be a good bet

Surely between Bruce, Ranieri and Arteta. Perhaps Solskjaer worth a sneaky bet?
I guess, if you'd had a rolling bet on any Watford manager, you'd be up (if any bookie would take it).

I think Brentford will be fine. They threw the kitchen sink and the bath at Chelsea tonight, they lost but a terrific effort

I think you are right. They were so unlucky not to score and take a point from the game. Brentford are definitely showing too much promise to be in trouble this season.
