It's the NHS App you need to be linked to your local surgery it will allow you to book GP appointments, repeat prescriptions and also show you your medical record. Once you have linked to the GP surgery your COVID passport details will appear on the home page. In order to link to your surgery I had to contact them and they gave me a ref number. I also have a paper version as well which you can get from the NHS I figured that after waiting for 8 hours at Heathrow my phone might die so I'd need a backup.

This health app now seems to be the least of my worries. Having seen the club news it seems that all tickets will be digital now and not the old fashioned card version!
