Although I'd love to see Eze finally start again it seems clear the management are taking baby steps with him, which is understandable. As awful as Kouyate was against United I still think we are going to need his physical presence against the likes of Doucoure, Allan and Gomes. Schlupp has failed to do anything of note in two starts though and I just don't see that changing. Against United Bentenke made sense as we were always likely to go more direct, but at home against an out-of-form team we need to be pushing higher and pressing and I think that suits Edouard better (but play him in the middle!).

Whatever team starts I just hope we get some fun back after a few performances more reminiscent of last season.

Any team without Schlupp, Ayew, Kouyate, and Benteke will do for me! After three losses and very little offered in attack, I hope PV sticks with the same gang as entered Old Trafford.
Personally. I have seen enough of Benteke to last a lifetime. The quicker he is relieved from 1st team starts, the better.. OK, he scores some goals, but gosh, how static and many misses have we endured from the big Belgian?
