For those who would like to do a lot more 'giving' and guarantee a white Christmas, it would have to be Voorders

Careful mate, lots of the Germanic world is Catholic. Wikipedia tells me that Stille Nacht is Catholic. For me the melody itself betrays its nature, being a chant.
