i cannot understand why the younger players are not getting any game time, some are doing really well in the premier B league, surely it is time for 3 or 4 on the bench

It's fairly obvious, they are not considered ready to step up, by coaches who see them everyday.

I agree it gets very repetitive watching Banks scoring left right and centre. I would much rather watch Ayew miss countless chances that are sitters week in week out!

it is time for Edouard to step up and start scoring before I start getting fed up with him
with this in mind I hope he scores and we win 2 - 0

If we play like we have been at home for most games this season then we should win.. At the end of the day these are the games we need to be winning. I'm gonna go for a comfortable 2-0 win

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

I vote for calling off the match until we have a fit team to give them a game. In the current situation, we might just as well toss a coin at 3pm to see who gets the points and then go home. TV money always overrides common sense these days.

I'd call "Heads".

Utter Rubbish, some players thrive on the extra responsibility, some disappear and cant handle it yet, nobody knows until they are given their chance, Wan Bissaka is a classic case.

Disagree this is the reason, surely a place on the bench is worth it. If we are winning comfortably give them some game time

I'm only guessing, but it could be the club don't want to risk potentially exposing them to COVID unless they have a real chance of influencing the game. Another factor is that the COVID cases appeared very late on so the youngsters probably weren't involved in the prep for the Spurs game. Having said all that, I'd be surprised if Rak-Sakyi isn't called upon today if he's fit given Wilf's suspension.
