I'd settle for a giant image of Zelesky on a red and blue background with the caption "He knows exactly what we need"...

It depends on the angle. If it expresses solidarity with and support for the Ukrainian people, it should be fine. If it expresses direct criticism of our opponent's owner, then you're probably right.
