I sent them an email on Friday too about mine as I purchased before the date change but can't attend as live in Bristol and work/kids in school means it's a no go. Not heard back yet as I assume they're swamped with semi final ticket issues at the mo. Anyone got any advice on how to get in touch with them that doesn't involve ringing a premium rate number?

None of the 6x tickets I have will be used so surely they can provide a refund I just rang them, was on for 5 mins and got through, refunded straight away and email confirming it came through whilst still on the phone. From my landline it's apparently 11.5p a minute charged by my landline company and then 10p a minute charged by Palace, which is loads cheaper than calling from my 3 mobile which would have been 67p a minute plus Palace's 10p, so check that. Seems like the FA cup calls may have finished with such a quick call time. Good luck.
