I'd say male personally but that's based on personal experience. My bigger preference is for any boss not to be a c**t, but that's just me I suppose... and I said 'be' not 'have' please note.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

When I was at work I only ever had male bosses and some of them, not all, were either incompetent or totally uncompromising and vicious. I worked with plenty of female colleagues who were very good bosses to their staff, although I employed one who was so severe that her staff were often in tears. She ruled by fear and had to go. She had no empathy or behavioural understanding. On balance I would prefer to be managed by a competent and knowledgeable bloke.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I have had face-to-face confrontations with males bosses. Trying to physically intimidate workers can be a tool of the male boss. Women bosses can be better, but when they're devious, their utter c-units. Facing them off isn't an option , because women don't fight fair when it comes to scrapping

Have always found female bosses to be better. I think they are naturally a bit more nurturing and actually give a sh1t.
