Not sure what the game plan is - but certainly a poor start. We look woeful and with our main creativity on the bench, we need to try and contain them until our ‘A’ team come on.

Gallagher's finishing is regressing to the level of our other players. He's missed some golden chances the last few matches.

2017 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Middlesboro
2018 Jan. (Sako) Palace 1 - 0 Burnley
2019 May (Batshuayi, Batshuayi, OG, Van Aanholt, Townsend) Palace 5 - 3 Bournemouth
2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle

This is starting to look like many games where we have a lot of possession, no scoring chances, and allow the other team to convert their chances.

I was thinking the same thing. He still works hard but that amazing touch he had earlier in the year is nowhere to be seen now. Touch around goal specifically.

Beginning to wonder if PV and Roberts are starting to overthink tactics and selection.

This is a cunning plan by PV, make CG regress so much that Chelsea won't want him back & will sell him to us at a knock down price

Gallagher doing his best today to convince Chelsea not to take him back. Missed one decent opportunity and one sitter in the first 25. Eze doesn’t look up to speed. It’s not very inspirational at the moment.

The way we’re playing now, our only hope of survival is Burnley and Everton not going on a run. We may have our points tally for the season.
Who would have thought that a few weeks ago before the semi’s.
