For anyone else who's wondering when we'll hear about season tickets for next season, the Club have told me that "details should be released within the next week". So no early-bird discounts by the look of it.

Says Early Bird discount until 31/05, so maybe a few quid off for renewing now

I see there is a window for season ticket holders to change seats. Does anyone know if we have to purchase current seat first and then upgrade in the window ? or simply wait until the June dates ? By which time early bird pricing gone.

I changed seats 3 years ago. I renewed my existing seat first (in the early bird discount period) and then did the change during the change window. IMO that's the way to do it, otherwise you risk losing your existing seat as well as having to pay more for a seat you may end up thinking is worse than the one you've allowed to lapse.

Can I ask you, did you have to pay the difference? say for example i renewed in the holmesdale but want to move to the main stand would i have to pay an extra 100?

I was thinking of moving to the main stand as well but it will come down to finances for me.

Zenith Data Systems Cup 1990-1991 Final - Crystal Palace beat Everton 4-1 after extra time. I was there.

Just to say that I contacted the Club this morning by email to ask about plastic season tickets and they emailed straight back to say that these would be available for next season. So no requirement for a smartphone.

(Unless they change their minds)

There was no difference for me as I switched from the Wright & Bright to the Glaziers. At 6ft 4ins, I needed more leg room and managed to get a seat in row 16 which used to have a barrier in front and so has ample leg room.

Undoubtedly you would have to pay the difference as you would be (in the club's opinion) upgrading your seat.

I assume it's double the price for seats facing away from the pitch then

Renewed my season ticket this morning. I first asked for confirmation that plastic season tickets would be available "for people who need one". He replied yes, but when he went into the system he said, "Yes, you're a Senior so you're entitled to a plastic ticket." The message seems pretty clear - certainly worth checking out. What seemed certain is that if you don't make clear at the time of purchase that you want plastic, you won't get it.

Should the early bird discount have some reference to the Eagle -
Early Eagle seems to obvious- does anyone have any better suggestions ?
