Personally I think Macron do great kits. Last 2 seasons with us were decent and they've got even better since. Love the new away kit! Can't wait to see the other 2.

The one thing I do like about this kit is the old-fashioned, classy, round collar. As for the graffiti-style stripes, not for me. That said, I really didn't like the diagonal stripes at all this time last year but they grew on me to the extent that I now think that was one of our better kits in recent years so maybe the same will happen again. The West Brom is kit is great. Sometimes I think professional designers go wild with silly ideas just because they can and don't take into account that football fans mainly value tradition and history first.

Macron also produce the home kits of Stoke and grimsby which both have weird collars but are just block stripes, id say as we've used it on the away we should be less likely to use the felt pen on the home kit. I'd hope we would get a bespoke kit being the biggest club to use macron in this country. Still expect a terrible collar.

Does anyone know who I would get in touch with regarding my son modelling the palace kit for the club? I took photos of him last week in palace colours and friends/family have suggested I put him forward to the club. I’ve included an example. If you go to the club website there is a contact for Mascots on match day (I cant remember the ladys name) but that would be a good place to start, at least she will know who is the best person to ask. Originally posted by Nubes

At least we've got the same shirt sponsor as the greatest cricket team in the history of the world...ever! That's gotta be worth some street cred.
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |
