Also, sometimes (on Samsung anyway) if you use the app, when you click the link to add the season ticket to the wallet it will just hang and nothing happens.

This is likely because your default browser on your phone is not Chrome, which means when you click on the link in the app, it will use your default browser and that might not be logged into a Google account for the wallet to work.

If this happens completely ignore the CPFC app and open Chrome. Make sure chrome is logged into your Google account log into your Palace account via the CPFC website on chrome. Then follow the same instructions as the app and everything *should* work.

Looks to me that there's been a lot of assumptions on the set up of everyone's phones, so if you don't match exactly how they think you have your phone set up, it might not work.

I tried what you suggested a few times and still my ticket still don't show up in my Google Wallet but then guess what ? I clicked Expired Passes and there is my 2022/23 season ticket ! Why it went into Expired Passes I don't know.

You will need your email account and password.
Go to the Palace app on your phone.
Click your initials top right of the home page.
Click my account.
Scroll down and click manage my account under quick links tickets and memberships.
Scroll to the top and click your name (top right) a drop down menu will appear.
Click season tickets .
Click the square box next on the left of your ticket and the add to mobile wallet icon will no longer be greyed out.
Click the add to mobile wallet icon. You will have to log in with the email account you used. In my case google mail, which I never use.
The wallet symbol appears at the top with an arrow.
Your ST will no longer be in expired passes.
Foot note. This may have happened because the old ST was in expired and got updated.

Actually its mine from Facebook, I'm 64

I'm also a computer engineer but struggled myself. I had my own ticket sorted. Got to the turn style queue opened it up. Blank!!

Not impressed to say the least. Luckily it updated after about 3 minutes.

This is a serious issue that the club needs to get sorted. We are told that a connection to the web is not needed and then this happens. With 25,000 in the area connection is slow if at all.

Go to the first left hand turnstile at the open bar end of the Arthur. It just spins round. Been broken for two years now so I donít even bother scanning.

I meant Kennerís offspring mustíve sorted his phone out for him but itís a good job fans like yourself are helping others out, because it seems a struggle to get any help or info from the club

I kept my fingers crossed at the turnstile because others before me were falling by the wayside as their electronics failed. However, mine worked! I don't know why and I don't even know how the darn thing got onto my phone because I didn't put it there. When buying my ST I asked for a season ticket card. I'm eligible and was told by Customer Services and the Box Office I was going to be sent one. Did I ever receive it ... of course not. ****ING SHAMBLES AS ALWAYS!!!!

Update on original post: Went into the box office this afternoon to complain about Friday evenings fiasco. Result: They printed me off an old style card for the rest of the season. Somewhat happy about this....only takes them about 30 seconds.
