Joe Lewis?

Wrong spelling. It's Joe Louis. He would probably have beaten Joshua too.

Why does he need a job? He's got £millions, and good luck to him.

He could galvanise the woke to use only black owned shops or get the BLM back on track or get the police to kneel every day.
Plenty for him to concentrate on !

Or perhaps he and Marcus Rashford could set up a consultancy firm to advise sports stars to focus on their day job rather than get involved in politics as their form will suffer.

Indeed, considering the stuff he's said, in comparison to others he is probably the most PR protected boxer out there.

Personally I've never really had an issue with the superior black genes and black businesses stuff he's said in the past. It's his right to believe what he wants and say it if he wants.

However, in comparison to say how Fury has treated for his views earlier in his career....the demonisation he was subjected to....the double standards and in my view motives are stark.

Fury only started to receive better treatment because he became mega successful: It's as shallow as that.

Please nobody give the idiot ideas. Something bad is happening in Ukraine. He doesn’t know what it is but he knows it’s bad. Thanks AJ. Now we know what we had no idea about. Turning off masses of fans the day after the BLM riots and vandalism was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever seen an individual sportsperson make. He’s better off being unknown but now he’ll be remembered for rambling on about another bloke when he’d have been better off exiting.

Fury comeback always on the cards - selling lucky Heather just doesn't cut it for him.
The division is sh1t - heavyweight nearly always is. New blood required.

The current WBA rankings show Dillian Whyte at 4th. He's a big, strong trier but 4th?

His chin is so cracked now that he's the new Amir Khan.....Now he's an in-demand heavyweight, as they sense his blood in the water and are queuing up for an early night.

Wilder still won't give him a pay day though.....that's genuine dislike there.

Eddie will keep trying to push AJ vs Fury if nothing comes from that or to get AJ a win someone weaker in the ranks.

I would like to see AJ vs Wilder happen now but really it's too late do many have interest in that it was about big money before not sure it would generate that much now.

If Fury is really retired it means WBC will become vacant AJ may go for that.

Many options but not big money ones or for titles.

something I don't understand. So, AJ sacked his former team because they weren't honest when he was losing, see article above.

Apparently his new team were doing the same thing at the weekend

which I've heard pundits and others saying they heard.

What is going on here?

Yes I'm not sure why they were telling him he was winning when clearly he wasn't!

To be honest AJ deserves respect for his achievements. He won a World title in his 15th Pro fight which is a hell of an achievement.
Unfortunately he will never beat Usyk. Neither will anyone else in my opinion. He is just technically to good to compete with and unless you catch him with a big shot which is always possible with Heavyweights he will just box your head off for 12 rounds.

I can see him doing the same with Fury as well. I personally don't think Fury wants any part of Usyk but surely he has to fight him?

As for AJ I still think a fight with Wilder would generate massive interest and money. Its the only fight out there for him really.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!
