However, I believe they have a legal point and a constitutional right to challenge. I haven't looked up the wording in the constitution and wouldn't know the exact current definitions.

Enoch Burke did 400 days in prison. Guilty of refusing to call a trans person 'they' , hence guilty of contempt of Court. And yet Enoch was never caught carrying a knife in the Southport area.
