Don't really like online delivery but finding supermarkets
Really Dire of late and Getting Worse Each Week.
Lots of empty shelves, Products out for weeks and unable to get sky hire Prices even the budget brands are not Cheap anymore
The Reductions sections are also Dwindling,
I went into Morrisons Last night at 7pm it was like a ghost town
And over the years Supermarkets seem to have less selection of products and more isles of clothes and all other non Food Items.
Is it the same in other countries?

Its true, only the truly blinkered can"t see it- but what ever you do- do NOT blame Brexit!

My wife insists on shopping at Lidl and Aldi occasionally where it was never really for me.

I actually don't mind it as much as I used to. For me it's very good for people watching, bit like a mix between a gulag and suicide watch. I also feel like I'm shopping on holiday, as I don't recognise any of the brand names, as though I am shopping somewhere like Moldova.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Just came back from Greece where fags are £3.50. The beer is pretty good too.

Maybe all the people at the top realise they canít afford for us to live until we are 154 and starve to death whilst draining health and social care so are happy for a bit of self euthanasia; I will certainly not disappoint them

Both stores are pretty good. The dates on fresh produce of meat and veg etc is a lot longer than the big 4 so you can buy more and know itís not going to be binned.

Sainsbury have stopped putting sell by dates on most of their veg as they claim it will cut down on wastage. What they don't tell you is that it's mainly Sainsbury's wastage and not the customer's

Admittedly I haven't visited Morrison's in recent times but I have frequented Waitrose and Sainsbury's on a regular basis and have not seen rows of shelves bereft of products.

If it's anything like my local Sainsbury much depends on what time of day you shop. When Covid started I shopped before 8:0am to avoid the crowds and have kept that up ever since. The shelves tend to be well stacked but on the occasions when I go later (from midday onwards) there tends to be gaps in the shelves and early evening onwards it is pot luck what there is available to buy

If you noticed they still put use by dates on bits that can make you ill if eaten or drunk when out of date. Certain meats and some dairy products and all frozen food.
Best before dates are the ones that basically mean itís up to you.
