I posted on the lessons learnt thread about 10 seasons and £1bn + in prize money but when I look at Fulham, Brighton and Brentford 7/8/9th in the league and the way they are run and their grounds compared to ours....its fooking embarrassing the way this club has been run for the last decade.

We'll pay the price with relegation...so Parish needs to forget about the new stand as we won't need it the championship and invest more in young hungry players we can sell on.

Perhaps rebuilding the main stand in a way that it can be extended should it need to be (ala Liverpool) for half the price of the proposed "Tribute to Parish Stand" would cost and investing the rest of the money in players to keep us in the league and perhaps be a bit more competitive might be the way to go?

Spot on. I like our stadium - if it's full each game - great. If people can't get seats in the ground, then set up fan zones that are packed with people watching the game.

I agree, it's tricky with the stadium but first thing first, cement the club in the league so you know the fans will be able to fill a larger stadium. Imagine if we started the build this season or last and went down...

This was once a quality forum....

Yeah it would be a massive balls up wouldn’t it. We seem to heading blindly towards it though.
