If Chelsea are serious about Guehi then I'd ask for 40m + Lewis Hall and Huson Odoi. Buy Schurrs and have a little leftover maybe for Ronnie Edwards.

It'd be very sad to see Guehi go but overall we'd have a stronger squad with those additions.

Mail is reporting that Fulham have made an offer worth just £4.5m for Hudson-Odoi

So I suspect that isn't 100% accurate, but anything under 10m feels like business we should be doing

Yes,we should but wonder whether Steve is planning only loan and frees this window,which would be very underwhelming,despite massive reduction in wages bill.

That would be a bad one to miss-out on, ideal singing, one good season and he is worth 40m again.

If CHO goes to Fulham for less than £10m I will be seriously pissed off.

Is he really worth less than Demari Gray. Wages might be the issue. Gray £25k a week -reported. CHO might be on a lot more.

supposedly H-O is on c£100k a week. I know he only has 1 year left so must know his next contract will not match this but can't seeing him leaving for at least £80k. That would make him one of Palace's top earners.
I think this would make the deal difficult.
Gray at less than £10m seems a more realistic deal. Above £10m is a bit on the steep side IMHO.
An alternative is a straight swap for JPM? We know Everton are interested and they are still short up top.

I have this feeling that Mateta to Everton will come back and bite us? Better than Edouard in my opinion and we need to keep him even if it’s just a squad position and we purchase a new main forward so that they both fight for the No 1 slot in the team. Gray for his price and salary is worth a gamble on in my opinion. I’ve always been worried about him when playing against us. Hope that transfer happens :-)

Is that bid not for a 1yr loan though? That's what I thought they were trying to sihn him on.
