On 4th January 2024, Islamic State Mozambique launched a campaign against Christians, “And Kill Them Wherever You Find Them.” Within a week, eight “operations” were carried out against Christians in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado province, resulting in 10 Christians murdered and more than 200 houses burned. Between 4th January and 12th February, IS-M carried out attacks resulting in at least 22 murders (including one beheading), one abduction, 237 homes burned, five churches burned as well as a hospital, Christian school and other infrastructure buildings burned. These attacks are occurring with little deterrence and counterattacks, leaving Christians at the mercy of IS-M jihadists. Of course this is not thought newsworthy in the West and there is no international condemnation or protest marches.

Perhaps those asylum seekers who have converted to Christianity could organise a march.

now i am certain i saw a Holy Cleric on the telly. He was defending all the incitement to violence in his Holy Book. Saying something about 'you must not condemn violent writings when you consider the context of them being written in the seventh Century - all that violent stuff is not really relevant to today'.

He seemed to be a nice, charming, smiling cleric. Wearing the traditional garb.

well, i guess if he was correct then we would be seeing more poisonings, electric chairs, firing squads and burning at the stake.......AND LESS Beheadings ? help me cos i am confused here ? Was the manner of murdering Lee Rigby just a big coincidence ?

FYI I haven't read the Koran or other writings on which Islam is based.

Apparently in one part (1) the prophet tells his followers to respect other faiths and obey their laws. In another part (2) it's all Jihad and violence against the non believers.

I'm told that (1) was written at a time when Islam was a minority religion and faced persecution from the other faiths.

(2) Was written at a time when Islam was becoming the dominate faith in that region.

Interesting.

In Uganda, in June, at least forty-two were killed in an attack by an Islamic terror group, Allied Democratic Forces. The attack was on a Christian boarding school. A witness told the BBC the schoolchildren were singing gospel songs before bedtime when the terrorists struck. They cut the students down with machetes and burnt others alive in their dormitory. The attackers were overheard shouting Allahu Akbar during the 90-minute onslaught on Lhubiriha Secondary School. Thirty-seven of the dead were students at the school. Others killed included a school guard. The victims were aged 12 – 70. Eight others were severely wounded, eight others kidnapped.

oh God, attacking schoolkids which machetes ?

well, we will never be getting that on the steps of a school in Dublin ? Primary schoolkids. Then a Riot. Then a condemnation OF THE RIOTING from the Government.

ah but do not worry, the stabber has been declared mentally ill. Always AFTER the atrocity, funny enough. And is there a total dearth of medical records of being nuts, prior to the attack ?

On November 27, 2020, Islamist militants attacked the Christian-majority village of Lembantongoa in Sulawesi, Indonesia, killing the village elder with a knife in front of his family before attacking his son-in-law and two other relatives who tried to intervene. The attackers then burned a Salvation Army church and six houses.

At least 15 Christians have been killed when Islamic killers opened fire on a church service in Burkina Faso. This happened on Sunday, 25 February at a church in Essakane Village, Oudalan province, in the north east of the country.

“In the morning at 8am, the Christians were gathered in chapel for the Sunday mass," stated Abbot Jean-Pierre Sawadogo, head of the local diocese. The Islamic murders arrived on motorcycles and opened fire on the Christians in the chapel. Thirteen died on the spot, including a young boy, two were seriously injured and died later from their injuries.

In recent years, in Burkina Faso, Islamist groups have burned villages, markets and businesses, abducted and raped many women and killed large numbers of civilians.
