Great news, have we ever had 3 players for England at the same time before? I'm guessing if we did it would be late 80s/early 90s Wright, Thomas and Gray? We’ve had 17 players play for England but only 54 caps between them. Thomas & Samson had the most with 9. Be nice if we hold onto at least one of Eze/Guehi/Johnstone long enough to beat that. But reality is if they start looking like a regular they leave Palace before then. Samson went on to achieve 86.

We would have also had Martyn and Salako at that time - not sure though whether all 5 got called up together..?? Think I’m right in saying though Johnstone only the second Palace keeper to be called up after Martyn. With Southgate in charge it’s a Palace love in..!! COYP

Would be good competition for Mitchell!

I am delighted for Eze who fully deserves his place in the squad. A player who was mainly reduced to appearances from the bench from about Mid-January until the arrival of Mr Hodgson. Yep, fully deserved.

Eze has such huge potential in the middle, but i feel he has to up his work rate and awareness to be really in England contention.

Maybe Harry Kane will get talking to the Palace players and look for a move to Selhurst to save his career

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

Think four Palace players in an Under-23 game in the 80s - Clive Allen, Billy Gilbert, Kenny Sansom and I think Vince Hilaire. Game played in Swindon.
