Tory cabinet meeting. You don't mean clear the backlog of asylum claims, do you? Yes. But I've just put them all in shared rooms. Won't that drive them mad? Isn't that cruel, inhuman, dangerous, totally unproductive? And what about the criminal gangs? Listen, we've been doing this for 13 years.

At current rates of immigration, the population will swell to 80 million by 2046. That is totally unsustainable. It is absolutely shameful that some commentators are only starting to talk about this now. This kind of future was easily predictable given the prevailing circumstances. Our leaders have to understand that short termism and ostrich like behaviour cannot continue. We have to make them understand by shouting loud about it at every opportunity. It has to be top of the agenda.
