'Does not pose a serious threat'. That's good enough to get to stay and eventually become a citizen. You would think if you have to worry about a threat at all - it's goodbye. Why do we need Albanians? - it's like Scarface going to the US. These are persecuted in their own country because they're f***ing gangsters. Another poster said high skilled - skilled at criminal activity yes. Skilled at faking , fraud and getting more of the gang over.

A lot of people with disabilities would prefer to work than receive benefits.
