What i find shocking is the way the "entertainment industry" seems to operate totally separately from the real world.
Where else could someone in 'a senior position' get a person hired purely for their own sexual gratification, and seemingly not well-qualified for the position. This isn't the 1970's.

True, but if he did not make such a big thing about coming out, would we ever have found out about all his other vices.

When he came out he rather got away with it regarding the media and social media. Lots of people celebrating, welcome to the club etc very little criticism.

I said at the time I felt sorry for his wife and family as little was said abut their pain.

If he had left her for a younger woman he would have got pelters and his wife would have got the sympathy.

I suspect that the media sensed which way the wind was blowing and didn't want to have ago at him and be accused of homophobia.

So now they have an excuse to have ago at him and all those luvvies celebrating with him have gone quiet.
