Just for the record, Palace have decided to award our 2nd goal to Mateta instead of Ahamada. Why? i have no idea. As for Andyo629 yes that did happen BUT Ozoh played more LB than midfield, allowing Jairo to play in front of the back 4 . . . ok?

He’s a midfielder …. Fact! He’s not a LB…… ok!

I thought Ahamada was the standout player too, but sometimes he seems to act first think second. If he can get a little bit more composure he can be a really useful player this season, especially with his speed and energy.

Ozoh never played left back once, see his position the moment he came on, then jairo moved over to lb

Jairos, first half was a master class, Bronby had a very good press going on and he hardly put a foot wrong. The same press had Hugh’s in all sorts of trouble at times.

I though Reidewald was our best player - which was a strange experience.

Not really. He has always looked good in pre-season games against Danish teams

Quite a niche that.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Yup, one club, twice in 3 seasons 2-2 & 1-1

I thought Mitchell was so poor at times last season, this could be a good call actually, worth a go anyway

Schluppy is a better LB, just saying.
