Just watched highlights of the under 21's beating Vancouver Whitecaps on penalties in the US. It is amazing how much Chima Eze looks like his older brother. He also seems to have a similar playing style. He scored a fabulous goal in this game, cutting inside and firing a right foot shot into the far top corner. Almost a carbon copy of Ebere's goal against Crawley the other night. I don't want to jinx him but if he progresses anything like his brother......

Also, it will probably do us no harm in helping to ensure Eze Snr sticks around. Imagine if he does progress and we end up with two Eze's in the team. Lanzo would probably drown in his own jizz.

According to Transfermarket he joined on July 4th and has a one year contract. I can't find a date of birth but he was previously with QPR under 18s. Have we ever had brothers playing together at Palace? Hinshelwoods of course but that was a long time ago.

I am pretty sure they played in the same game, but I think Jonathan came on for his older brother so they weren't on the pitch at the same time.
