What to make of this?

Not a bad option IMO

A right-sided left winger who likes to cut inside to shoot and is a poor crosser. Also lost a year because of a knee injury.
He's got Palace all over him.

I’m sure Jeff Lerma will be happy to have another Columbian in the side...not a bad choice....

A talent but very injury prone. Last season he only managed to play more than 60 minutes 6 or 7 times! That's not great and any fee, loan option to buy etc would need to reflect that. Leeds I think paid around 25m for him.

When he is actually playing, he looks a very exciting player. It would be a good signing.
I think a loan deal would make most sense. We don’t need another Ferguson!

When he is actually playing he looks a decent player . That he hardly ever completed 90 minuites and was in the treatment room for long periods would make him a poor signing IMO especially for the reported £20M +
I would agree a loan would make more sense with this player

And we still need a striker

agreed - played 19 games and scored 5 in Prem last year, so he knows where the goal is.

We are desperate for a LW so as long as he passes his medical i think it's a logical move - loan with an obligation to buy if he plays say 20 games this season

This one could have legs

Reliable sources are a bit conflicting but will wait and see

Yeah I agree with all that.

May also be a case of very limited alternatives on the table too in which case all the more reason to go for it.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

A few shortish injuries last year and a cruciate a few years back.

But played a full season after that bad injury and has scored pretty consistently everywhere he's played.

A very interesting option.

And as others have said a loan with a buy option, or loan and triggered purchase would work for us.
