Back when I watched Trigonometry....which is very much of a mixed bag from my perspective....I remember them saying that they would never have Brand on...but they wouldn't say why.

Personally, while Brand is on the left and wouldn't agree with some of my politics I do have overlap with him on many key issues.

I also respect him as a persona who genuinely cares and wants to help people I think that transcends political differences.

Because he attacks the mainstream....for good reason....that same mainstream are after him and I don't regard many of them as having one tenth the ethics he has.

So, while I'll listen to claims I'm pretty skeptical about both the motivation and whether they amount to anything worthwhile outside of the 'woke' perspective.

With his past he is always going to be easy fodder would anyone want to attempt to demonise/deplatform or defame him.

Whether or not there’s any truth I wouldn’t know but will watch the dispatches programme for what it’s worth.

Does seem to be too coincidental that somebody with a huge following, who constantly criticises the powers that be, is suddenly the subject of investigations into historic events.

Pity the victims here but good to see another arrogant "celeb" getting karma.

Everyone who knew is now acting all shocked, nothing changes in that corrupt showbiz world.

I have equal disdain for Brand and C4 so win win for me if it turns out to be baseless which I doubt.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
