Hello. I got a £130 fine (reduced to 65 if we pay it quick) for driving along the Holmesdale Road after the Brentford game.

Is this a thing? I paid for parking, was a danger to nobody...I saw no signs about driving restrictions... did I miss something? (Normally park in a mate's front garden but not on the Holmesdale).

Croydon Council brought in a healthy neighbourhood thingy last year that basically made the Holmesdale road a No through road to general traffic
Thought the club might have given us the heads up

And we still need a striker

Is it advertised on the road itself, do you know?

It’s been there a couple of seasons. About 80 meters down holmesdale rd , when you turn in from the garage. There used to be people in hi vis tops stopping cars and turning them round , so they didn’t get fines.
They put the cameras up when the concrete flower beds got taken away.

Damn. I was too intent on not running anyone over. Oh well. Thanks.

Watch out, there is another one.

Because of this and post-match traffic jam, i park around Selby Road towards Anerley which is 15 min walk. It helps to avoid camera and pre/post-match traffic jam.
