Assuming we get Sarr and don’t lose anyone, I see this being a possible lineup next season. I was trying to include Kamada in starting 11 but failed based on a back 3. Maybe take off A DM and bring him on as AM if we need a goal?

Johnstone (Henderson)

Guehi Anderson Richards (Riad)

Munoz. Mitchell

Doucoure (Lerma) Wharton

Sarr. (Kamada) Eze (Franca)

Mateta

Personally I think Kamada would start with Sarr to come off the bench.

Based on what evidence? Lazio are more impressive than Watford, no?

Besides, if Sarr's primary asset is his pace, there's no point playing him in that inverted 10 role that Olise used to play. We don't play out and out wingers under OG, so I'm a bit miffed as to the Sarr transfer in general tbh.

Pace is an important asset in the premier league and that can’t be taught!! Ball retention, decision making and fluidity in passing the ball forward were in abundance towards the end of the season and I’m sure high on OG’s playbook for Sarr!

Time will tell but at least he comes with a 100% price discount and a progressive manager in charge!

Kamada is a technician whereas Sarr is more direct. Completely different types of players so you can't really compare, but my money would be on Kamada starting if Glasner had to choose between the two.

So looking at it we defo need back ups for RWB n LWB as Clyne and ward are not good enough for that position.

GK Henderson/henderson
RWB Munoz
CB Guéhi/Riad
CB Richards/Clyne/Ward
CB Andersen/Holding
LWB Mitchell
CM Doucoure/Lerma
CM Wharton/Hughes/Ahamada
CAM Eze/Franca/Schlupp
CAM Kamada/Sarr/Ayew
ST Mateta/Eduoard

Doubt we'd refuse any reasonable offer for Eduoard or Ayew which is a shame because I still think Eddy has something to offer if it could be dragged out of him and Ayew has been a great servant.

I’d assume Schlupp to be our back up LWB and Clyne for the right although I thought both Clyne and Ward looked much better and more at home on the right of the three.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Pretty much it & i assume you mean Johnstone as GK. Clyne can cover RWB(& has done effectively), Schlupp can cover LWB(at a push) . . . imo.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

We continue to be linked with attacking midfield players.
One I would consider is Hamer of Sheffield United.
Only showed flashes of his talent in a struggling team last season, but a driving force in the Coventry team that reached the play off final in the previous season.
He has a good range of passing and dribbling skills and an eye for goal.
