A game of opinions as they say but for me I completely disagree, I think JP has improved enormously with very little delivery. Finally yesterday we see people running off of him meaning he has support. I am really interested to see how he develops under Glasner. Superb hold up play now

I wholeheartedly agree.

He has come on in 'Leaps and bounds' and he is a far cry from the player whom we have seen struggle and been in the object of derision from our supporters.

His goal tally is far from impressive but his contribution to the team is worthy of praise.

The team came out believing that they were going to win and it showed in the performance and even with 22 players on the pitch it just seemed a case of when not if we would score. The players were making themselves available, creating space and making runs. We bombarded Burnley with crosses and there were no periods where we spent five minutes going backwards and passing it nowhere, everything seemed to be about progressing the ball forward but not in a gung-ho Spurs way. He had right-footed Ayew taking set-pieces on the left to get in-swingers and likewise left-footed Wharton doing the same on the right. Not a huge thing but we did look more threating with that slight tweak

I know it was only Burnley but already you get the sense Glasner is going to make a nonsense of those on here that said no manager could improve our team. Just as I started this ramble, I'll finish it by saying the big thing that Glasner seemed to bring to the table yesterday was the belief in the players that they were good enough, that they didn't need Olise or Eze, a message that all too often seemed to be missing under Roy.

Yes he was complimentary about our club and Mr Parish. Also joined Lineker in sending 'get well soon' message to Roy.

Agreed TL. Apparently, he told Parish et al., how he would get the team to play without Eze and Olise and won them over. We've spent too long being told we can't win without certain players. Glasner strikes me as someone who concentrates on how to win whoever he has available to work with.
