All I hear is that Luton are a very good side and have the potential to cause a massive upset.
Hopeful that we can achieve a hard fought 2-1 win against the Hatters, who look likely to go straight back down to the Championship, despite their all their promise.

DLLLL is their current form. They have been very unlucky with some of their results however if you keep losing eventually bad luck turns into bad form as heads drop.

If we beat them I think that will tip them over the edge, unless the points deductions come to their rescue. According to the computer predictions they will be the 3rd team to go down. Still they have a punchers chance.

3-1 Palace.

I for one would not heap such generous praise on them, however they do play with vim and vigour and with an indomitable spirit and they have qualities which could pose us real problems.

For a while Ross Barkley was running the midfield and they had a plan that was working. While you can never keep a player of his quality quiet for a full 90 minutes teams have recently found a way to shut him down for long periods in games making Luton largely ineffective. Sheffield United of all teams showed how its done.
I think 3 0 Palace but the first goal may not come until the beginning of the second half

1 or 3 points all right, as long as we not leave the pitch empty handed.

We will need to score at least two to win this game.

Luton play for 90+ minutes, and we will definitely have to defend a lot of balls into the box.

This is our biggest game of the season, and I'm far from confident.

They seem to have committed themselves to going down on the front foot. It makes for entertaining games but you could drive a bus through their defence at times.

I don't envisage an easy game but I do expect us to win. 2-1.

Luton has scored 37 goals this season to our 32.
They carry a threat and do create chances, often aiming crosses for the far post looking for attempts on goal or knockdowns.
It's quite effective as an attacking tool, even against better teams than us.
It's possible to get at them defensively as although quick and powerful, the defenders do make mistakes.
We're likely to have more of the possession (unlike e.g the Spurs game), but can we make it count in terms of creating and scoring?
It's likely to be like a cup tie.
For them an opportunity to bring us closer in the table with a victory.
For us an opportunity to put a good distance from them before our 3 week break.
In these early stages it appears to me that Glasner has diagnosed our problems, but has he got the tools to fix them with the available players?

I'm going for a 1-1 as I don't think we'll keep a clean sheet and I still don't see a lot of goals in our team.

They have threats in their team but we are improving gradually and I see a 1-1 or a 2-1. My big worry is our CBs COYP

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).
