Struggling to understand the point of the friendly. If its for fringe players Thursday is not ideal with some of them I imagine on the bench on Saturday.

I imagine that the friendly ha been arranged to make the most of the 20 day break - (with the Newcastle fixture being rearranged) hopefully its more than that - improve match fitness / to try out formations / get a look at a few players etc etc Originally posted by cROYdonrogers

Chance to see if Jairo can actually get a kit that fits him & what about Schlupp?
