Does an extra week’s rehabilitation offer more guarantees that it will not be reoccurring? I would hope (after medical clearance) that a minutes restriction would be more prudent as well as the context of the game situation (ie if 3-0 down he sits and watches or if it’s finally balanced then introduced at a later stage!) Hodgson’s stupidity was the introduction at 3-0 down and being blown out of the water!

The game and health and fitness has advanced significantly in recent years and no disrespect but it seemed Roy had been left some way behind.

I thought Eze was a bit of a risk in the friendly but also needed minutes. It will be similar with Olise. The hard fact is that we need him - which seems a bit of a gamble.

I don't think you can blame Roy if he was told that Olise was too fatigued to start, but ok to be used as a sub and there are no issues with his hamstring. If health and fitness was sufficiently advanced Olise wouldn't have even been on the bench

I doubt any of us really know what went on, but whatever, I'll be happy to rely on Ollie's judgement with advice from the medics.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Chris Kavanagh is the Ref for this game. Forest better be on their best behaviour after what happened prior to the 'break' their coach has been given a 2 match touchline ban for 'foul &/or abusive language directed to the match official'. What with that & the points deduction, could be a fiesty match.

Remember Everton won 4 games in a row after their point deduction.

I have plenty of forest supporting friends who will also write notts forest (or just forest obviously). There's no grammar issue here and is just preference for some people when talking about them. Saying Nottingham County or nottm County however is a different story as its just not their name Edited by akiisalegend (28 Mar 2024 6.47am) Edited by akiisalegend (28 Mar 2024 6.50am)
