Well Ive never been so bored watching England . The midfield is so slow on making a pass ,Kane is an embarrassment to the CF union and what has Southgate seen in Eze that makes him think he is a left back ?

But fair play we are in the semis ,how I dont know but Im half expecting to be in the Final now .

Its a funny old game

According to the commentators at one point, he is a left wing back......

Twice I noticed that we took possession of the ball and Ebs was the ONLY visible player (of about 7/ facing the goal and starting to move forward. Goes without saying, the ball was passed back as usual.

I’ve given up being bothered by that, because let’s be honest, with the exception of Spain, no one else out of the top countries in this tournament have been that much more exciting to watch, its been pretty dull all round really.

Yes, half of the teams have will but no skill, the other half have skill but no will.

Ive enjoyed watching the other games , though you might be right that the others are also playing the same risk averse football .Maybe its the stress that goes with it when watching England

Now children if you don't behave I will make you watch England vs France in the final.

That should send the little ones scurrying to bed. Me to.

A serious issue is Kane. Normally our talismanic captain but not moving well. Back problems. The dilemma. He has to play but can't play.

Let's hope a team mate gives him a nudge in the back in training. Kane is starting to look like Ronaldo playing for himself not the team.

No movement hasn't won any of his battles with the defenders.

Toney may not be as good a player as a fit Kane but he is the best striker we have in this tournament, his movement and pace alone warrant a place in the side.

You're confident to call France over Spain.

And I don't believe you. All the Southgate haters on here will be glued to the screen if we make the final.

LOL

I was just thinking about the 2 most boring sides in the competition who shouldn't be as they have the talent.

I'm not convinced we will beat the Dutch. But you are correct if we get to the final I will be watching from behind the sofa/

So if someone thinks someone else isn't a particularly good coach, or believes that they aren't employing the right tactics to the pool of talent available, does that make them a 'hater'?

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

I've been watching England and Colombia. You couldn't have more different playing styles. It's like watching Palace under Roy vs Glasner.

England have only looked at their best when we are behind.

I'm hoping bringing in Shaw may liven it up a bit. Trippier is awful. Whenever he receives the ball he just sits on it and waits for the defense to set up and close him down. Then passes backwards. People have said Foden is a shell of himself, but I think having Trippier behind him isn't doing him any favours.

Now GS will be reassured that his methods work, we won didn’t we? More of the same.

With a braver coach I really think we’d win this at a canter.

I’ve been watching Colombia as well because of our boys and that’s pretty much spot on.
The Copa America seems to be played with so much more passion and pride in the shirt in general. You look at some of the players in the Euro’s and they look like they’d rather be on the beach
