We had some pikeys down in South Essex about 15 years ago, one night some local hard nuts from Basildon just went there and torched all of the caravans. Not the best way to deal with it especially if kids were in those caravans but noone died and there has not been much sign of pikeys in that area since. They deserve no sympathy.

I could quite happily tar every pykie,traveller,whatever you want to call them with the same brush because I've never met a nice one.They're all basicly scum,a couple of examples Just off the top of my head.

1)While I attempted to stop one of their kids dragging one of our gas bottles from our yard at my place of work,he touched me on the shoulder and said "I'm putting a curse on you,you and your children will die of cancer" hmmmmm,what a little charmer,he also said "once you lot have gone we'll put all your windows through and take the bottles anyway"

2)Recently In Sittingbourne some of these beloved caravan dwellers deliberately blocked a church with their caravans to hold up a 16 month baby's funeral for one hour because they knew the police would eventually give In and let them onto the field behind the church they was trying to get too.Can you Imagine how the family and friends of the deceased kiddie must have been feeling,did the pykies care? course not,heartless scum In my oppinion!!!!

They wonder why people hate them,well maybe If they didn't go around stealing everything they can get their hands on,If they were generally nicer,more amiable people and they didn't destroy every patch and the surrounding area they park on people would be a bit more tolerant towards them.

Seth please check my post again. I actually stated that torching the caravans was not the best way to deal with it if there were children inside. No way would I condone setting fire to a caravan with kids inside. And nobody died so where is the problem. If I remember rightly these pikeys made the local residents life hell for a long time before this happened and in the end enough was enough.

The things those Pikeyes did to you and your friends and family are terrible, this is why most people hate them. I was and my mate attacked the other night as I already said on the first Post, and we are waiting for the boy to come back hes usually on his own and when we get him he will get his head kicked in. Say what you want and call me a little s*** and a chav but the term is "PAYBACKS A BITCH".

Seth - I don't actually have a family myself but if I did and our home got torched of course it would be a problem. The difference is though I would bring my kids up to show respect and not break the law unlike these pikeys who believe it is ok to go around breaking any law they like. Therefore I don't think the situation would ever arise whereby my home was deliberately set alight.
