Last season, or 97-98. I enjoyed last season, obviously, but the season in which we had Lombardo in midfield, Jansen upfront, was awesome. Last season, however - due to the magnitude of achievement and the opportunity of going to Cardiff really does and will take something special to overcome it.

yeah but mine would only be the second half of last season, as before kember was sacked i really thought we were going down, but i was wrong.

The 1989/90 season purely down to the F.A.Cup was ok but the season 1990/91 was the best , finishing 3rd behind Arsenal and Liverpool and we also won the Zenith cup that year.

97/98 was quality because it was my first year of being a 'proper' palace fan, e.g going to my first game watching them most weeks. However last season has to have been my highlight, watching us come back from obscurity, to promotion, a rollercoaster ride and to be capped off with the millenium was a day I will never forget.

1990/91 was good. But for me it had to be when we beat Blackburn in the play-off final.

Thats why last season to i and most others was our best season as a palace supporter. because we started off the season on a high because we thought we would do well under Kember, then we started getting down because we were in relegation zone, then Kember was sacked, Kit took over and moved us up a bit, ID took over and started taking us back up hill. All in all last season was a real rollercoaster of a season for me as a palace fan.
