For me it has to be 96/67. My only ever visit to Wembley, with my Dad (who has since sadly passed away). Hopkin in the last minute - one of those life defining moments. Dougie with those two goals in the playoff semis. Was also my first ever away game. My Dad and me did the 5 hours to Bolton (they were top, we were 2nd) and we went 2-0 down in 15 mins and Nathan Blake hit the post. And then just before half time we scored 2 quick goals to equalise and held on for the point! I still remember going into school and every monday breaktime checking the table in the paper. It was always Bolton top, we were 2nd (or thereabouts) followed by Norwich and Wolves (I can still remember it like yesterday.) And I can remember the team under Dave Bassett something along these lines: 1. Nash 6. Linighan - 2. Edworthy - 5. Tuttle 2. Boxall (??) ---------------------------- 3. Gordon 4 Roberts 8. Hopkin 11. Veart 9. Freedman (later Shipps) 10. Dyer Other great seasons: 2002/3 - march up the table, 4th bottom to Playoff final, 32 goals for AJ 2003/4 - almost stayed up on the last day, AJ for England and Prem Top Scorer, was at Old Trafford for the equaliser, and at West Brom for a moment of pure religious ecstasy when Aki scored in the last minute 95/96 - my first ever season ticket, was at Selhurst week in week out with me Dad for the first season ever Edited by Johnny Eagles (06 Sep 2011 4.10pm)

Would probably say 03/04 but to be honest I'm really tempted with 09/10 as it just completley sums up what being a Palace fan is like.
