I can't get the phone charger thingy to fit my iPhone seems to be a different connector. The Iphone connector is under the light blue flexi lead and can be seen when you pull the lead out...It is white. Just plug the lead into the white plug and pull it out....Simples!

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Gold memberships 2016/17 pack ????' by Old Chap Its a portable phone/tablet charger. Pop out the thin blue lead for an android /micro usb charging connector. Plug it in the top hole and pull it back out for an iPhone lightning connector. To charge plug it into a micro USB charger in socket on side.

mine arrived finally! thankyou to the people who've explained what the blue thing is. now i just need to work out why i'm not getting the programmes... the dvd includes the whole of the FA cup final. don't imagine i'll be watching that too often...

18th September and still nothing. I am fuming!! Email sent to club. Hi, Nearly 4 weeks on and 5 games into the season and I still haven't received my membership pack, since your last email below on the 23rd August, detailing that my actual card is being sent to your mailing office on the 24th August. I would like to know what exactly is going on, as you have taken the £55 and I have seen nothing. I would like an email back by the close of business on Monday 19th September. Steve Green

Recently followed up after renewing my gold membership on 5th August.. Gold member card expected 10th October and membership pack 10th Nov!
