Have to agree with Tux it doesn't look quite right mate. Saw this one which you might want to consider without the USA flag of course. Get the design done first on paper....so you can see how it will look...you may want to get a better template for the eagle, and the font.. a tattoo lasts for life, so there is no rush pal. Maybe get an old school clock face with the time he passed as well, amongst the background.. swap the feathers for clouds, or.... have an arc angel, you are on the right track.

On second thoughts, have SP as the base, have it larger, have the heavens opening up over it, light shining down. A scroll and an eagle could be the montage. This was once a quality forum....

Thanks for your constructive points guys. It's all work in progress I guess and I have thought about clouds instead of the feathers. Funny enough I have also contemplated a watch with time, as well. Thanks for your constructive points guys. It's all work in progress I guess and I have thought about clouds instead of the feathers. Funny enough I have also contemplated a watch with time, as well.

The trick with tattoos is to make sure you pay for a real good artist to do it rather than go get it done by some bloke in penge! I'd recommend the guys at a shop in Drury Lane central London. I forget the name but if interested I'll find it for you. Also I would agree the current drawing looks poor. Although I do love the concept. You really should spend time finding the right artist. You really should spend time finding the right artist.
