I rate Milivojevic for what he is: a holding midfielder with some decent passing. Puncheon is a different horse.

I refuse to call him Luka cause I'm neither his family nor his girlfriend

I reckon at some point this season the 1st choice middle 3 will be luka, Cabaye and Jimmac.

Having McArthur to bring on from the bench could be a better strategy as we know we fade in games and Cabaye always needs to come off. No one else can come into the midfield and sure things up or add energy late on. One thing that you can fault McArthur for is his lack of creative influence, I think with Milivojevic there, Cabaye and Puncheon are freed up a bit to attack. McArthur may be needed more in games where we aren't expected to have much possession.

If we start with Cabaye, Milivojevic and McArthur then Cabaye will have to come off and McArthur will be knackered too going into the last 10 minutes. Then the options from the bench would be Puncheon and Ledley (or Flamini who's never fit seemingly), none of which are players you'd want coming on to sure things up or add a bit of energy.

Punch gave the ball away far less than Cabaye, and at least had a few shots, even if they ended up way over, Macarthur was abysmal, so why pick on Punch and not them? ??

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

Great result. Played well first half.
But Puncheon is nicking a living as a playmaker. Must be the worst number 10 in world football. I'm assuming it must have been a wind up that he was given the armband.
The only thing more embarrassing than his performances is us singing he's one of our own.
Just the result we needed, but we need to bin that waste of space.

Well Paul Merson supposedly reckons he is better than all the Leicester players at the moment. Enough said. Personally I do not think he has merited the number of performances given to him over a number of managers, particularly since our dip since the beginning of 2016.

And there lays our problems. It's not only punch being picked on past reputation. If we stay up major surgery is needed.

I think the major surgery has started don't you.?
Sako Luca Van Arnolt all started Schlupp came on.
All signed January.
Four new players.
Centre Half and captain dropped.
And the thread is moaning about Punch.!!!
So many clueless fans nowadays.
PS We won clean sheet good start.
Now look forward to watching the lads on MOTD.
