I noticed a few boos ringing about at the end of the game. Okay, it was a proper crap performance, but it's their 3rd game in 6 days (the other two being against Spurs and Liverpool)! Also, I just don't agree with booing in general (except for the Sunlan game).

I sit in the LH and the only boos were for the officials. Players were clapped off.

Ah fair play. I was sat in the Arthur Wait, and heard some. Thanks for clearing that up.

Yeah, the abuse/booing was definitely aimed are the officials- especially from the family section. Seems like even the kids can recognise a s***e performance by them when it's that obvious.

People blaming the ref, and understandbly so for the Wilf goal, but there were plenty other decisions that he got wrong (for both teams).

But I am yet to see anyone really curse our woeful performance. Every single player was under par, maybe except Martin Kelly who I felt was unfortunate to be playing alongside a very poor Delaney.

For me, what I took from the game was that under Sam we are most likely going to struggle when teams come to Selhurst, and play like we do, when we face teams that are technically better than us. As soon as a team park the bus, 2 banks of four and are resilient, narrow and disciplined - we'll struggle.

I don't think its all down to Sam, we have obviously had a tight schedule of games, but so has everyone this season. I think it may be another piece of evidence that shows we NEED A CREATIVE NUMBER 10, to unlock teams that come to Selhurst and park the bus.

Hull will be interesting, lose that and we've got a lot of work to do over the summer, with regards to how we play when we have the ball.

BBC were saying yesterday was Clattenberg's last match so at least there won't be that scenario at Old Trafford on the last day.
Before the 3 days in 6 games, I'm not sure one win from the three games would have seemed that bad-it's just we would have expected it to be the Burnley game and, as a "6 pointer" it may have been more valuable, in keeping Burnley below us.
Delaney & Kelly didn't work against Burnley; I'm hoping one of our other injured 3 central defenders could return for City, if not City are a very different challenge. Would you use Delaney against City, or go for a quicker, non-specialist at centre-back?

On the question about C*********g: Doesn't really matter. Pretty well all the refs are bent and corrupt and it's now obvious that there's an FA / Sky agenda behind their performances. Madley was every bit as bad yesterday.

I don’t know if it’s just us being paranoid, but it really does seem that way.

Dyche is no mug and knew exactly where our weaknesses would be, the centre back pairing. They are too slow and consequently were second to everything and completely out muscled aerially and on the ground. This was highlighted on MOTD and will of been noted by other managers. Also he knew if they got ahead we would tire in the 2nd half due to our schedule. Hopefully the less arduous schedule will help a little. Citeh probably won't need to out muscle us as our scourge Toure will probably have a blinder after doin nothing since our last encounter and can put himself about a bit as well. Hull have a fair few bruisers in Niasse and N'Diaye so we will have to be careful unless we rejig which is also possible, altho we look very limited in options. Usually at this time in the season we have done the work and then ease off, like Soton yesterday. Let's hope we are not running out of steam this early as there is clearly work to be done. COYP !!

Total and utter hogwash and 24-carat tosh to boot.
Serious allegations without any evidence at all, just rhetorical grandstanding.

I'm NOT responding to any further allegations about referees and will treat them with the contempt they darned well deserve.

Try as you might to goad me into a response, you will be out of luck.

I don’t know if it’s just us being paranoid, but it really does seem that way.

For the last few matches to be exciting, Sky require:

- Spurs to remain in contention for the title
- As many teams as possible, down to and including Everton, to remain in contention for Champions' League and Europa League places and
- Palace to be in the mix for relegation alongside Swansea and Hull, given our remaining fixtures, which are mostly televised.

It is no coincidence that so many of our last few games are on TV. If we had won yesterday we would probably have been safe by the end of today. Then we might be on the beach for the two Manchester games and the Hull match could be a dead rubber. Similarly if Spurs hadn't beaten us the title race would be all but over. Then those televised matches are of much reduced commercial value.

So there is a clear commercial interest in influencing our results. Put that together with the behaviour of the referees in the Liverpool, Spurs and (especially) Burnley matches and it's pretty clear what's going on.

Burnley are a well organised team.I think I said on here that if they went 1-0 up they would be very difficult to breakdow. How very prophetic !

If you think I'm posting this stuff just to bait an obvious troll like yourself, you need to reappraise your opinion of your own importance. I don't give a twopenny f*** what you (claim to) think.
