I'd argue all 3 of our left backs are would be decent wingbacks, our 1 right back is sadly not. That said I reckon Joel Ward could make a good CB, but I'm probably in a minority of one there. Remember him doing a good job at CDM for a time.

If you look at Chelsea last season who, let's face it, started this craze of playing with three at the back, move Azpilicueta from full back to be part of the back three. Maybe Ward could do a job in a back three but only as cover.

Adama Traore would be worth a shot for the right price. Massive potential and perfect fit for us. Would push ward to raise his game if for nothing else.
