Seems like difficult to happen. Felipe Anderson is said to be leaving this summer and Lazio is willing to let him go for only 15-20 million.

Chelsea and Man United are thinking about him. But if they decide not to get him? Would you like him at the club?
I've seen Felipe Anderson live this season and he has mesmerised me. He is so good that I can't easily describe it. He has skill, speed, strenght, everything. I think he was underused this season because he didn't want to extend his contract, but he is probably the best substitute in the world. With his contribution, Lazio is the best scoring team in Italy and has one of the most beautiful football styles in Europe. Would he come to a PL team like Palace? Depends on how much he values money or cares about playing at a high level. With the many Brazilians who have gone to China, I'd say that players mostly value money. If Man United and Chelsea pass on the oportunity of signing him up, he would probably accept an offer from a mid table English club, as salaries in England are considerably higher than in Italy.

As for the other Brazilian, Bernard, you probably know him if you've watched the Champions League. A great talent. Ending his contract with Shakhtar Donesk in the summer. There was talk that Arsenal will give him a contract, but with Wenger out, the ones making decisions there might want something else. He has movement, technique, speed, everything for a top footballer. If you're worried that he's too small and weak for the Premier League just look at the guys who have made this league a lot better these last years: Salah, Hazard, David Silva, Coutinho, all diminutive. It kind of actualy helps them in the PL where defenders are massive and slow. Inter and AC Milan are now in for Bernard but they couldn't really compete with an English club (even mid table like Palace). They could only draw him in with Champions league football. Supposedly, Bernard wants no less than a 4 million euros salary, but Inter are offering 2,8 and an agreement will probably happen for a 4 year contract. Would you have Bernard at Palace for a 3,5 million salary per year so that he ditches the Inter offer?

A piece of Brazilian style is actually something any PL team would need (Gabi Jesus, Firmino and Richarlison are all doing great or good in the PL, the times when only Gilberto Silva and Kleberson were doing ok in this league are gone). I'd really like for Palace to go for a Brazilian top class player, like Felipe Anderson or Bernard. It would help the team a lot. I'd even be very happy with Luan, Taison (an even better player from Shakhtar, always moving and looking for a good position to get the ball in, only downside would be that he's already 30), Otavio (Porto), Giuliano (Fener), David Neres (Ajax), Boschilia (Monaco), Alex Teixeira or Alan (playing in China now).

All of these playes are great and it just shows how much talent the Brazilians have.

Can someone please give Matteo Dougie Freeman's number? I mean that as a compliment. I haven't heard of most of the players you post about. As you seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge maybe Dougie could use you as a resource.

Big fan of Felipe Anderson in the times I’ve seen him play. Would suit us down to the ground but I’d suggest bigger clubs than us will be after him.

How many attacking midfielders are we gonna buy this summer? One first teamer I'd say with a younger prospect as a replacement for chungy.

If we had a choice I'd rather buy RLC. We know he can play in the league and wont need time to settle in or get used to the cold weather etc.

But if Chelski insist on silly money then maybe we could go for one of these guys.

I think at least 3-4 are needed. Think about what there is at the club. Just Zaha, Townsend and RLC if he's used higher up the pitch, though he normally is a central midfielder. Normally there are 3 positions behind the main striker, so that's 3 starters and 3 reserve players (a total of 6 attacking midfielders in every team).

IF Sako is going to be ok after the injury and his contract will be extended you could count one more. IF. And his weight will continue to be a problem. Plus, it might not be possible to keep Zaha next year.

With the Zaha money, one such player as Felipe Anderson or Bernard could be brought in. Or Quincy Promes (there's a thread I made a few months back about why he's kind of like Zaha)
