I think wilf signing the deal he has basically priced him out of lots of moves. We would likely accept 70-75m and plus his 150k a week contract needs to be paid up.

So any potential buying club needs to part with 110million.

I love Wilf, but I can’t see many clubs parting with that sort of money.

Your retort of that as proof or truth is quite astounding. Do you have even a vague understanding of the difference between fact and circumstantial evidence? If you need a crash course I suggest you do a bit of Google and spend half a day down the magistrates court. Then, once fully educated and au fait avec le situation, come back and eat humble pie.

The best bit of this is that even if you are correct in your original assertion, which may or may not be the case; you are ultimately still wrong in this point which is that it is a fact. You have excelled yourself.

Who knows what will happen, it’s up to Steve Parish to say what his intentions are. I never thought we would sell AWB in this window, but we did. It is little wonder the fans are disenchanted with the club at the moment.

If we do sell Wilf in this window and do not get quality suitable replacements in, then the writing is very much on the wall and we will be in a dog fight at the bottom of the table.

Yeah, direct interviews count as first hand evidence pal if my GCSE history memory is correct. What's your point here? Something about going to court and eating pie.
Love it when people try too hard to sound clever and end up making an arse of it. Clearly Google is as far as your education ever got given the absolute contextual mauling you just gave the French language!

Yeah but thats the going rate for any decent player at a top six club.

The pony thign for Wilf is Arsenal are tight and won't pay it. But thats why they'll never be a big club again under the current ownership, who are milking the club dry.

I failed French miserably. But on the basis your conversations happen to be more "only fools", than shaksepere, it seemed apt.

As for your specific point let's focus on it. First hand evidence requires someone or something to have directly witnessed something which directly impacts a specific fact. E.g. he wants to leave. His comments implied rather than stated what his brothers views were, and we do not know the current relationship with his brother, means that it is clearly hypothetical, ergo circumstantial.

It comes across that to me that you try too hard at a number of things. Its amusing.

with over 230 pages on this topic thus far, its obvious of our love for Wilf. I only wish all the b...s.it would cease regarding speculation not only of Wilf but for any players. The close season is just being wrecked with crap, and so called offers and inaccurate rubbish. I used to enjoy the break, and look forward to the next season ahead, but now get uncomfortable, as to whether who comes and who goes.
Back to Wilf how can he sign a contract and then with less than 30% being served deserve or expect it to be torn up and replaced. It just makes a mockery of the whole situation. Maybe I shouldnt try to keep "updated" on this site, and get a life beyond football. Roll on August 10th and get under way!

230 pages of uninformed rumour, guesswork and miscellaneous jabber. Let's move on.
