No you didn't. No-one voted for this stupid direction. I voted to remain. You just voted to leave. Exactly what direction that involved us taking was unknown.

Calling people like me childish names only serves to demonstrate how weak your actual arguments are.

If you don't enjoy having the truth being pointed out to you then try accepting it.

The truth is that 17.4 million voted to leave by a majority of 1 million yet those who voted for remain refuse to accept it.

Then you tell me, with hand on your heart, do you actually believe this or do you think it is just an election "come on"?

As it has already been shown to be mostly the regurgitation of existing plans, plus a wish list of hopes "when resources permit" to say it is just window dressing comparable with the "red bus £350 million for the NHS" campaign claim it looks unarguable to me, but I will be happy to hear your justification.

To repeat, this is not a "lefty" questioning you.

I will accept your claim that you are not a "Lefty" but as you have mentioned "Truth", the truth is that you are a remainer who simply cannot abide the fact that there were sufficient leavers who voted by a million to leave the EU, thank goodness!

Apropos £350 million for the NHS, an extra £34 Billion is to be pumped into the NHS each and every year but of course this is ignored and replaced by a regurgitation of the Leave campaign.

And of course remainers will find every excuse to discredit the leave campaign, conveniently forgetting the dastardly "Project Fear" campaign from the remain camp.It didn't work, thank the Lord!

I must retire to the bosom of slumber. I have a busy day on the election trail tomorrow so I might not have the time to continue this debate on HOL.Goodnight one and all.

Labour overspending blah... blah... blah...

Remind me again, did the tories pay off the deficit in 2014 like they said? What about 2016 like they postponed to?... What about 2017 which they postponed to after? Interesting there is now no mention of getting rid of it now.... ready to inject cash into the economy to get it back to the level of 2010 before they did the damage, almost as if it was a ploy to use as an excuse for underfunding public services.

Saw you talking of gullible labour supporters earlier... were you gullible for thinking they would ever pay off the deficit?

It isnt about repaying.
It is about managing in.
People with mortgages and loans are in debt.
But most manage the debt.
They dont go borrowing without the means to pay.
I've been there and know eventually it catches up.
If labour had won in 2010 we would have been wasted as a country in the next few years.
Maybe changed to the euro just to get help.
The tories manage finance.
There is pain yes and some not nice but they have to look after the majority as a head count.
Labours renationilisation program is alleged to be upwards of 150 billion, that 15-20% of our GDP.
For what? So within 6 years we are back in the 70s.
Strikes and huge pay rises.
Buying votes is what it will do; initially.
When rubbish is piled up and council offices closed you may wonder if your X went in the correct box.

you may aswell merge it now then as this pathetic waste of time is purely going to be single issue protest votes based on brexit.

what a way to choose a leader of you country.

General elections are about choosing who serves as your MP. They are not about choosing the leader of the country.

Quite frankly, whatever one believes, I would never vote for a party who has used the situation in Parliament to stop the progress of a democratically chosen exit from the EU for their own political ends.

That is a step too far.

So you did believe them when they said they were going to get rid of the deficit? They have failed to do that against their own time scales multiple times and now don’t seem bothered about ever balancing it.

What a ridiculous excuse.

There could only be a binary choice and you know it.
You also know that we would be out of the EU
today if it wasn't for people like you and your arrogance.

If it was a binary choice, explain how there can be multiple parties which supported Brexit but now disagree on the type of Brexit we have? If it was binary all the voices pushing for Brexit would be singing in unison?

Therefore you are happy that the 'pain' of dealing with the mess left by Labour was less than it might otherwise have been. Yes?

Labour did not leave any mess, they left a sane and balanced society.

Now look at it.

Labour started mass immigration and "multiculturalism" which is now destablalising the entire country.

Labour paid for this by putting us into huge amounts of national debt.

Labour helped start a war in the middle east that spread islamic extremism across the globe.

Of course you could just replace Labour with Blair but he was aided and abbetted by numerous other Fabians.

It's no accident that they use the symbol of a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.
