Hi. Please help me with these questions. I am a new season ticket holder. How do I go about buying tickets to our friendly against Charlton? How much a friendly game usually costs? I have only about 800 loyalty points. Do I have any realistic chance to buy an away ticket to any Premier League game this season? Thanks Edited by PortugueseEagle (30 Jun 2021 6.26pm)

Thanks Edited by PortugueseEagle (30 Jun 2021 6.26pm) The club will announce, on the website, when tickets for Charlton are on sale, make sure you have registered and have requested email notifications. There will be no problem getting tickets for this. Friendlies usually cost between £10-£20 I believe.

As a Season Ticket holder you should be able to get to more away games than that. My stepson is a club member and their access to tickets comes after season ticket holders and he got to most away games the season before last bar Bournemouth, Brighton, Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal.

By the way, I bought a season ticket in installments about 3 days ago. No loyalty points were added to my total. Do I only get those loyalty points at the end of the season? Thanks

Thanks Might be worth checking your profile again once you register on new website. Loyalty points for current season ST are due at beginning of season not end (don't think paying by instalments should affect that?) and mine updated as of 1st July. If not there, suggest mailing box office as calling will cost a fair amount potentially. Good luck.
