Dean Austin
Ex-Palace captain Dean Austin is training with Watford, while he looks for a new club.
The former Spurs man was released by Palace and had his contract paid up due to lack of first team opportunities.
Watford manager and former Eagles coach Ray Lewington said the defender has not necessarily earned himself a move.
He said: "I knew him from the days when Crystal Palace shared a training ground with Brentford.
"Dean is a local boy who phoned us up to ask if he could train, but he knows the situation here."
