Crystal Palace
Crewe boss Dario Gradi has turned down the chance to become Palace manager again, claiming anyone taking the job would have to be desperate.
Gradi, who was Palace manager for 10 months in the early 1980s, says he would find it very difficult to work for Simon Jordan.
He said: "It will be interesting to see who Jordan gets. Whoever goes for the Palace job has got to be desperate, it's not an attractive job, is it?
"The only incentive would be that a new manager thought he would get promotion with those players. Maybe the players are good enough, I don't know.
"But I wouldn't want to leave Crewe to go to Palace. He (Jordan) wouldn't want me to go there anyway. He would probably say you have already been there once and failed."
