Alan Lee has joined Norwich City on loan until the end of the season.

Lee, who was signed from Ipswich in August, was out for several months with a hamstring injury early on and since being fit has struggled to cope with the pressure of scoring the goals to fire Palace up the table.

Now that Neil Warnock has admitted that Palace's play-offs hopes have been dashed after defeat by Barnsley on Tuesday, he will look to play the youngsters in the squad for the last few games in order to prepare for a promotion assault season.

Lee has made 18 appearances for Palace and scored three times.
